Support team

Malnava College has a Support Team whose goal is to provide educational, psychological, and social support to students, promoting their successful integration into the learning process and fostering a safe, inclusive environment at the college.

The support team consists of college specialists—the department head, a social educator, an educational methodologist, group mentors, dormitory coordinators, and a nurse. Other specialists are also brought in as needed.

The support team assists students:

•    with learning difficulties or insufficient academic performance,

•    in cases of behavioural and social interaction problems,

•    in situations involving prolonged absences, adjustment issues, or social difficulties,

•    if support is needed regarding health, emotional well-being, or social circumstances.

The team works closely with students, their parents, teachers, and, if necessary, municipal and state agencies. Their work is conducted confidentially, seeking the most appropriate solutions for each student.

The Support Team can be contacted at the teacher’s suggestion or at the request of the student or parents.
